This is a fabulous treat for summer barbecues with a fresh salad and French bread or even a quick supper with Indonesian fried rice. Simple and delicious, beef kabobs are full of flavor when marinated in garlic, herbs and honey.
Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons kecap manis
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon sambal oelek
1/2 cup red wine
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1 lemon grass, bruised, and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
